1870 Census of Lisbon, St Lawrence County, NY Town Clerk's Civil War Records. Parents are shown in many of these records, and those that do have been transcribed by Mabry Benson Flack. [E-Mail Link] William Flack, Jr., descendant of the early settlers of Flackville (about 5 miles due south of Ogdensburg).
